All items are made with care. Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order. Custom orders may have additional processing times, which will be communicated via email.

We accept secure payments through Shopify-approved methods. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. Payment must be completed before orders are processed.

3. Shipping and Delivery:
Orders are shipped via USPS or other designated carriers. Shipping times are estimated but not guaranteed. Crafted By T. Monique is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

4. Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us at craftedbytmonique@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve it.
